Please read the following terms carefully before using TaskVault.

Free to Earn

TaskVault is free to use. You can complete tasks, offers, and other activities to earn without any upfront deposit. However, you must activate your account before you can withdraw earnings.

Account Activation Required for Withdrawals

Activation is mandatory before withdrawals. While you can earn for free, your account must be activated before any withdrawal requests can be processed. Activation details and fees are displayed in your account settings.

One Account Per Device

Multiple accounts are strictly prohibited. Each user is limited to one account per device. Creating multiple accounts will result in permanent suspension and forfeiture of all earnings.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the TaskVault website, mobile application, or any related services ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

By clicking "I Agree" or otherwise using the Service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age, legally capable of entering into binding contracts, and understand that account activation is required before withdrawals can be made.

Free Earning Model

TaskVault allows users to earn without any initial deposit. You can participate in the following free earning activities:

  • Task Completion: Complete various tasks and micro-jobs to earn rewards.
  • Offer Wall: Complete third-party offers and surveys to earn.
  • Daily Claims: Claim free daily rewards every 24 hours.
  • Referral Program: Earn commissions by referring new users to the platform.
  • Games & Competitions: Participate in platform games and competitions to win prizes.
You earn 100% of the rewards from tasks, offers, and all platform features. No earnings are deducted at the point of completion.

Account Activation

While earning is free, account activation is mandatory before any withdrawals. The following applies:

  • Activation Fee: A one-time activation fee is required to unlock withdrawal capabilities. The exact amount is displayed in your account settings.
  • Activation Benefits: Activated accounts gain access to higher earning rates, premium tasks, and full platform features.
  • Non-Activated Accounts: Can continue earning but cannot withdraw funds until activation is completed.
  • No Refunds: Activation fees are non-refundable once processed.

One Account Per Device

TaskVault strictly enforces a one account per device policy:

  • Device Binding: Your account is linked to your device upon registration. Attempting to create additional accounts on the same device will be blocked.
  • No Multiple Accounts: Each user may only maintain one active account. Creating multiple accounts to exploit referral bonuses or other features is prohibited.
  • Account Sharing: Sharing your account credentials or allowing others to use your account is strictly forbidden.
  • Enforcement: Violations will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all earnings.
MULTIPLE ACCOUNTS WILL RESULT IN PERMANENT BAN AND LOSS OF ALL EARNINGS.

Withdrawal Policy

TaskVault processes withdrawals with the following terms:

  • No Withdrawal Limits: There are no limits on the number or frequency of withdrawals you can make.
  • 10% Platform Fee: TaskVault retains 10% of every withdrawal amount to support platform sustainability, maintenance, and development.
  • Example: If you withdraw $100, you will receive $90, and $10 goes to the platform.
  • Minimum Threshold: A minimum withdrawal threshold may apply. Check your account settings for current limits.
  • Processing Time: Withdrawals are typically processed within 24-72 hours, subject to verification.
The 10% fee ensures the long-term sustainability and continuous improvement of the TaskVault platform.

Automated Referral System

TaskVault features a fully automated referral system with the following structure:

  • Activation Commission: When your direct referral activates their account, you receive an instant commission automatically credited to your balance.
  • Lifetime Earnings Commission: You earn a percentage of all earnings your referrals generate from tasks, offers, games, and other platform activities — for life.
  • Real-Time Payouts: All referral commissions are processed and credited in real-time without manual intervention.
  • Referral Tracking: Each user receives a unique referral code to share with others.

Automated Deposits

Certain platform features require automated deposits:

  • Advertising: Deposits for advertising placements are processed automatically upon confirmation.
  • Premium Games: Entry fees for premium games and competitions are deducted automatically from your balance.
  • In-App Purchases: Any purchases made within the platform are processed instantly and automatically.
  • No Manual Approval: All automated deposits are final and cannot be reversed or refunded.

Account Registration

To use certain features of the Service you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information to keep it accurate, current and complete.

Registration is free and grants access to basic earning features. Account activation is required for withdrawals and premium features.

User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any local, state, national or international law.
  • Impersonate any person or entity, or falsely state or otherwise misrepresent your affiliation with a person or entity.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or servers or networks connected to the Service.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, computer systems or networks connected to the Service.
  • Harvest or collect information about other users without their consent.
  • Create multiple accounts or attempt to bypass the one-account-per-device policy.
  • Use bots, scripts, or automated tools to manipulate earnings or exploit platform features.

Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, logos, and software provided by TaskVault are the property of TaskVault or its licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TaskVault does not guarantee specific earning amounts. Your earnings depend on your activity level, task availability, and platform participation.

Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL TASKVAULT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOOD‑WILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

Changes to Terms

TaskVault reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.

Material changes regarding earning models, withdrawal policies, or fees will be communicated via email or platform notification.
